Stock Availability
We try to display products that are in stock but instances may occur where an item is out of stock. If there will be any delay in our fulfilment of your order we will endeavour to email you within three working days of placing your order.
Packaging and Handling
Packaging and handling are included free of charge with the exception of additional charges for gift wrap or any personalised special orders.
Delivery Methods
Packages weighing up to 1kg are sent via Royal Mail Standard and include an automatic receipt and signature on arrival. For an additional charge we also ship Royal Mail Special Delivery. Outside of the U.K. orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Air sure. Next day delivery is available within the United Kingdom for £6.50 and Saturday deliveries for £11.00 for orders placed on Friday. International orders up to 1kg are sent via Royal Mail Europe to most European destinations or Royal Mail World Delivery. Packages weighing up to 10kg are sent via Business Post next day delivery. Any items over 10Kg, please call our free phone number for a quote. Outside of the U.K. will be shipped Business Post World Wide Delivery. All items are tracked and traced with compensation coverage up to £150.00 per shipment. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Methods of Payment
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Visa Electron, and Solo. All payments are 100% secure and are processed through Worldpay. You may also phone our freephone number 0800 032 1773 and place your order with one of our customer service representatives. If our lines are engaged, one of our representatives will endeavour to return your as soon as possible.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item please return it to us within 7 working days if you would like a refund. The items need to be in perfect condition in all the original packaging. We cannot refund or exchange anything that has been personalized. We will refund your purchase in full including the shipping charges. Once you notify us, we will send you a returns label. . Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims should goods be lost in transit. We endeavour to handle all returns or complaints within 5-10 working days. There is restocking charge of 10% if the goods are not faulty.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time. If the order has been shipped then you have 7 working days to return your order to receive a full refund including the shipping charges. |
